Who? What?
When? Where? Why?
Women, ages 18 and up meet
the fourth Wednesday of each month at 6 p.m. at the church.
The purpose is to educate and involve women and our entire
congregation in living out the Great Commission of
Christ....."Go ye therefore in every nation and preach the
gospel teaching and baptizing them in the name of the Father,
Son, and Holy Spirit."
(Matthew 28:19-20) For more information see
Women on Mission.
PRAYERplus Partnership
In August 2004 our church voted to pray for an
unreached people group called Sokoto Fulani who live in West
Niger. Our Missions Director received information about
these people from our International Mission Board contact,
Sarah Haun. We prayed for the salvation of these people,
for missionaries to work among them, and for a translation of
the gospel in their language.
In February 2004 Danielle Koepke committed to
go to Niger as a missionary to the Sokoto Fulani.
Danielle is from South Florida and graduated from Florida Gulf
University. In
June she arrived in Niger and has been learning the language
and getting to know the people and their culture.
Danielle allows us to share in her ministry
and her prayer needs through her Blogspot at <http://danielleinafrica.blogspot.com>.
